SIXX: A.M.: Video Interview Available

Ralph Sutton of the nationally syndicated rock radio show "The Tour Bus" (web site) conducted an interview with James Michael and D.J. Ashba of SIXX: A.M. at the Holmdel, New Jersey stop of this summer's Crüe Fest. Watch the 10-minute chat below.

SIXX: A.M. is preparing to work on its second album, but the band's 2007 debut disc and the book it supported, Nikki Sixx's "The Heroin Diaries", are still getting acclaim and airplay a full year after their release. According to Billboard.com, the MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist recently received a Prism Award from the Entertainment Industries Council for his accurate portrayal of addiction on the album. Meanwhile, the CD's latest single, "Tomorrow", has been selected as one of the themes for National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month.

D.J. Ashba said in a recent post that after "a little break," it's "right back into the studio to work on the next SIXX: A.M. album." There's no word yet on a possible title or release date.
